  3. 3 Serve with diced avocado, salt and pepper.

Method

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • A handful of asparagus

  • Salt, garlic and lemon

Method

  1. 1 Heat the butter and sear the salmon 3 minutes per side.
  2. 2 Add the asparagus and garlic, sauté 2 minutes.
  3. 3 Finish with salt and a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Sugar-free sweetener

Method

  1. 1 Melt the coconut oil and stir in the cocoa, peanut butter and sweetener.
  2. 2 Pour into small molds.
  3. 3 Freeze for 10 minutes until firm.
