Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are tender-crisp and slightly charred.
