In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Gently mix all ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.
Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs. You should get about 20-24 meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the meatballs to the skillet in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 8-10 minutes total.
Once browned, you can serve them immediately or add them to your favorite low-carb marinara sauce to simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
