Ingredients

2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp erythritol (or other keto sweetener to taste)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 large egg
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Method

In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Mix well with a fork.

Add the egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients in the mug. Stir until just combined and no dry streaks remain. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips, if using.
