Method
Carefully slice each jalapeño pepper in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and membranes. For less heat, remove all seeds and membranes.
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the filled jalapeño halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese filling is bubbly and lightly browned.
Carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
