Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (sugar-free)
1/2 cup ranch dressing (sugar-free, keto-friendly)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions, for garnish

Method

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled blue cheese (if using).

Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish or a similar oven-safe dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
