Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled blue cheese (if using).
Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish or a similar oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped chives or green onions before serving.
Serve warm with celery sticks, bell pepper strips, or keto crackers.
