Pat the pork chops dry thoroughly with paper towels. This helps achieve a crispier exterior.
In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper, and sea salt to create the seasoning blend.
Drizzle the olive oil over both sides of the pork chops, then rub the seasoning blend evenly onto all surfaces.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook them in batches.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping the pork chops halfway through, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145°F (63°C). Cooking time may vary based on thickness and air fryer model.
Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping them tender.
