Method
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the cooked chicken and chopped ham into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Fold in 6 oz of the shredded Swiss cheese into the chicken mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the remaining 2 oz of shredded Swiss cheese over the casserole, then top with the almond flour mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
