In a large bowl, toss the dried chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
Air fry for 18-22 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite keto dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
