Method
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese, and the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
