Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round or rectangular crust about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Bake the chicken crust for 20-25 minutes, or until it's firm and lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven.
Carefully blot any excess moisture from the chicken crust with a paper towel.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the baked chicken crust, leaving a small border.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and arrange your desired keto toppings.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are heated through.
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
