Ingredients
Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, warm water, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon or spatula until a dough forms. It will be thick.
Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb the liquid and thicken further.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. With wet hands, roll each portion into a smooth ball and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
If desired, sprinkle the tops of the rolls with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should be around 200°F (93°C).
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for at least 10-15 minutes before serving. They firm up as they cool.
Estimated values per serving. Not medical advice.
