Ingredients
Method
Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk.
In another shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge thoroughly in the almond flour mixture, pressing to ensure it's fully coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or avocado oil spray.
Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
Lightly spray the tops of the chicken tenders with oil spray.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C).
Repeat with any remaining batches. Serve hot with your favorite keto dipping sauce.
