Ordering tricks
- Always say "no classic syrup": iced coffee and iced teas come pre-sweetened by default.
- Milks: unsweetened almond is the lowest (~1 g per cup); oat milk adds ~12 g.
- Sugar-free syrups available: vanilla (some stores also carry cinnamon dolce).
- Whipped cream adds ~2-3 g; a splash of heavy cream ~1 g.
- Food: the bacon & gruyère egg bites run ~9 g — they fit "in moderation".
